Country Log Cabins is committed to providing ample materials for construction and supports this commitment through their Materials Quantity Guarantee. If Country Log Cabins is contacted due to material shortages resulting from miscalculations by our engineering department, errors in counting by our shipping department and/or loading department, measurement errors by our cut shop and/or excessive waste, Country Log Cabins immediately makes arrangements to supply the customer with replacement materials in a timely manner at no additional charge to the customer. Since it is extremely costly to send replacement and/or missed materials after the original shipment, Country Log Cabins is committed to doing everything in its power to provide the most complete, quality package possible at the forefront. Product Warranties Country Log Cabins offers a 25 year warranty, one of the best in the business. Further, they back this commitment with written guarantees assuring the quality of the logs they produce as well as the completeness of packages they provide. Other component products are warranted by their individual manufacturer.
